Further commentary: Regarding the discipline required to be successful with this process, if one approaches it with the attitude of limiting, restrictive and a heartless practice, for one, you probably won't continue the practices required because it isn't fun and joyously rewarding. A saying came to me many years ago, "The Joy of Life is to be found in Each Moment Lived. NOW is the moment." As a foundation for all activities and life expressions, it behooves us to find the joy in life, then build upon this foundation in all we think, do and say. The practices are meant to engender more life and joy into one's experience, so add an ample amount of joy by expressing gratitude and appreciation for all the life supporting, wonderful things in your life.

Another note. If this was easy, everyone would already be doing it all the time, plus because it is hidden information, few are exposed to it and fewer actually take the instructions and practices to heart.

Are you one of the few, or one of the many? :)
